All the data needed can be extracted from your Statutory Accounts. Input the last 3 years financials from your Profit & Loss Statement as reported.

Adjustments/normalisations.
Normalisations to EBITDA ensure the metric reflects a business’s true, sustainable operating performance by adjusting for unusual, discretionary, or non-market-aligned items. These adjustments are critical in providing a fair basis for valuation and comparability between businesses.
3.
Sector, Sub Sector adjustments.

Provide Balance Sheet financials.

Details from the Balance Sheet.
Please ensure you have a break down of "Others" in the Current Assets and Current Liabilities and allocate them correctly, also make sure you include Director's Loans (if any) and Corporation Tax.
6.
Equity Value.
You should now get an EQUITY Value for the business, which takes account of the Working Capital that needs to be left with the business and any Surplus/(Deficit) - Cash Free / Debt Free that is added to the Enterprise Value to get you the Full Equity Value due to the owner.
