Service specifics, timelines, and deliverables are outlined during the booking or proposal process.
2. Fees & Payment
All services are billed in GBP and must be paid in full before work begins.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved methods.
Fees are non-refundable once any advisory or preparatory work has commenced.
3. Timelines & Delivery
We aim to deliver all agreed services within the communicated timeframe (typically 2–5 business days from receipt of required information). Delays caused by missing documents or client response times are not the responsibility of Thinkerz Ltd.
4. Confidentiality
All client information shared during our engagement is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.
5. Disclaimer
Thinkerz Ltd provides strategic business insights and indicative valuations based on information provided by the client. These services do not constitute legal, tax, or regulated financial advice.
All business decisions, negotiations, and actions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Intellectual Property
